Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Please always include your order number and reason for returning the product. When you ship us the product please ensure there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package. Use a trackable and insured shipping method; we cannot accept COD returns.
Please do not wear makeup, perfume etc. when trying on your item(s). Fabrics can wrinkle in transit, but if the item(s) are returned crushed, broken, torn, laundered or damaged we cannot issue credit. Please package the items with care to ensure safe delivery back to us.
All headwear must be free from loose hairs, stains, and odors and cannot be stretched out from wearing. We want to give you a full refund for the item you are returning, but for quality control purposes, any returned items will be inspected carefully before a refund is issued. This policy ensures that all customers will receive a clean, unused, perfect item with every order they place.
If you find an item to be defective, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt and explain the product defect in detail. The item must be returned unaltered as described above, with its original tags and packaging. Upon our inspection, if the product is found to have a manufacturer defect, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping. We will promptly send you a replacement item in the same style and color as the original product ordered at no additional cost. Replacement items that are shipped to you due to defects are not returnable or refundable. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. If there is a fulfillment error, we will absorb the resulting shipping cost.
