The SUPPORT PORT™ is a one-of-a-kind seatbelt cocoon specifically tailored to patients who have an implanted port-a-cath or any CVAD.
PATENT PENDING.
The SUPPORT PORT™ is a compact 5” x 6” when closed around seatbelt. The back area of the SUPPORT PORT™ has a 1.5” cut-out cylindrical area in which the port can “nestle” and avoids pushing on the actual port site.
Foam used is the highest quality and density and retains its shape consistently.
Can be used bilaterally and can be taken form vehicle to vehicle. Easy to transport.
May also be used after any heart, chest or breast surgery to protect surgical site from the sharp edges of seatbelts.
